Shop FAQs
No, we welcome walk-ins! However, each of the five tattoo artists at our La Jolla location books up quickly, as does our lone piercing professional, so we recommend requesting a reservation through our online reservation form.
Yes, there is a non-refundable shop deposit of $100, and it will be credited toward the cost of your tattoo. If multiple sessions are needed to complete the work, the deposit will be credited on the last session.
For our tattoo services, our shop minimum is $100.
To get a Bay Ink tattoo, you must be at least 18 years old with a valid state- or government-issued ID.
Our piercing services have no age requirement, provided a minor’s legal guardian (with valid identification) is present and willing to sign a consent form.
Our La Jolla location has ample street parking – just be sure to check any posted parking signs!
